The Knotted Art

Hey Guys,

Wow.!, its really been a while I came on here, and I'm sorry about that. Other than the tight schedule of clinical clerkship, I've also been on the look out for an upgrade of the outlook of the blog, fixing of necessary plug-ins and all... So, pardon the break in transmission.... I'm forgiven, right?

Now to the order of today's post.

My newly found attraction to print ties.

I'm no stranger when it comes to knotting ties, as I've always had to wear a tie, right from my high school uniform to the formal dress code of Pharmacy school. But this time, this accessory has taken a whole new toll with different prints, and geometrical patterns that could stand out as a walking piece of art, and i can say that's the idea behind the designers of these ties. From BCBG Attitude, Thomas Pink, Enrico Rossini to St. Micheal's, these are a few brands whose print ties are really catchy. From vintage prints, contemporary prints, to the paisleys (my all-time favorite), print ties are creative, stylish pieces to have, as it gives whatever shirt you combine it with an outstanding look. Nothing brings more attention to your look, other than a very artistic print tie.

My favorite tip when it comes to putting on a print tie, is to wear a good plain coloured shirt, preferably black or white, so it gives the same aesthetic appeal of a piece of art on a plain canvass/ backdrop....

You can get more creative by trying out more prints and patterns, as there are so many of them out there.
I'd definitely start up my collection of print ties, and make a gallery of collections to post ( ..someday, that is).
I had to use a flat lay display because of a busy schedule, and i couldn't get anyone to play photographer for me, but its all cool. Still perfecting the art of taking flat-lay pictures.

So what do you all think about print ties.. Cool, right?. Please feel free to comment your opinion about print ties.

Thanks for keeping up with me, despite the long break. I really appreciate it and i do hope you stay.

 Kene' Kingsley.
