The GTBank Food and Drink Fair

ADVANCE WARNING: This post is a picture - overkill. 'Twas a fun day (... I ain't sorry)

                                                         Happy New Month, folks.
Its funny how the time and days are moving pretty fast. It just felt like we were wishing one another a happy new year a few days ago, and bam!, we are already in the month of May.

In the course of the Worker's Day holiday (May 1st), i got to attend the GTBank Food and Drink Fair, which was all shades of amazing. The GTBank Food and Drink Fair was a two-day food sales and exhibition event, that basically consisted of different food and drink brands, coming to showcase their stuff, and also a little bit of fun and socializing. It held at the Landmark Center, Oniru, and the main complex was partitioned into different stalls.

I couldn't make it to the Day One of the event, but I didn't want to miss out, so i came through for the Day Two. I would've loved to attend the Master Classes, but I registered late (*sighs), but I'm glad I made it to this event. I was pretty awed by the fact that there are so many food and drink businesses thriving, and i also loved how creative and appealing it all look, maybe because I'm a foodie (..lol.!)

I also notice that there were a lot of organic food and drinks, and I think its pretty amazing that we have come to incorporate natural and organic food and drinks in our daily diet and consumption.

There was also a Farmer's Market, where you could get fresh foods up for sale.

Just as it was a food and drink fair, it was also a great day to meet up with friends, and just have fun and be happy, with food and drinks around .

Overall, it was an amazing concept, and a great event. I really have to applaud GTBank, but hey..., they are really great with planning social events.

I'm always intrigued by food art, and Minibees was just amazing.

...Oh, and what other way would be an amazing way to end the day than an Oreo Classic Milkshake from MOO DIARY

I look forward to more gigs in the year ahead.

HAPPY NEW MONTH, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE. HOW DID YOUR WORKER'S DAY HOLIDAY GO.?

  1. That watermelon art is too cool, you've got to admire such talent. The fair looks fun, I've always wanted to attend but thankfully we have something similar in Abuja. And as you pointed out, I'm glad more people are beginning to be health conscious.
